Former school teacher in Portugal and France in literature and expression techniques, after a bladder and leaver surgery, she gets her health back thanks Reiki and decides to join many others that, like her, come to an extreme and definite cross road between of such a simple choice: to comite suicide, to die inside one self or begin a process of rebirth.

She teaches Reikimix (method that she structured herself) and Jikiden Reiki (the original and intact method).

Graduated in Family Constelations by the Psychology School of Tara (Spain) and by Bert Hellinger she gives the name of ShanZen Constelations to the original and syncretic approach that she developed to reveal and untie the knots on the family energy net that create boundaries in all areas of their lifes and, at he same time, she gives them systemic tools to overcome the natural difficulties in all stages of life but also in those during their spiritual awakening.
Trained in psychoanalysis since 20 anos (student of José Gabriel Pereira Bastos in the Faculdade de Letras de Lisboa (Lisbon University) and of Antonia Foniy at the Sorbonne, she expanded her work year after year in the areas of mystic psycology, energetic-spiritual in some seminars and individual sessions in Portugal, Spain, Japan e India.

After years in search of herself, through meditation, with OSHO energy, she became sannyasin after her stay in Puna in 2007. As soon as she came back to Lisbon she started to conduct Meditation and Reflection sessions based on the Active Meditations and Meditation Therapies developed by the Master.

In 2008, again in Puna for Meditation at the Puna Ashram, she was granted by the OSHO International Foundation with a licence to open an OSHO Information Center. After the necessary course to do that, she went to a meditation process of seven days, in isolation and silence, named Satori at the OSHO Multiversity.

During 24 hours, in the fourth day of this process, comunicting with the cosmic knowledge that we all share and wich we can reach in elevated vibration patterns, she designs, in all the smallest details, a new direction for her work. The method ShanZen was then born, in wich the therapist has also the role of a catalitic agent that simply sustains the free and conscientious effort of those who come to him searching to reveal within themselves their own divinity.

In March 2009 she spends another month in meditation at the OSHO International Meditation Resort, culminating in a formation called "Transsomatic Illumination Gestalt: Diamond Awereness" at the OSHO Multiversity.

At the moment, she manages Darshan Zen International, with a group of student-partners in this journey, forming the board of masters and Sannyasins - CMS – of this organization. It’s a new breath of a project that’s ten years old and wants to invite to a unique awakening journey a growing number of beautiful beings that, in the divine inspirational words of Osho, "Existence didn’t resist to create".
